Exercise should be part of our healthy lifestyle. We may always be eating healthy food and drinks but we also need a little exercise to keep our body fit. When we lose exercise, it seems like we have a burden just waking up in the morning after a long sleep. There are some that really exercises or workout to keep their figure slim and muscles firm. Some do it for weight loss. But I guess with exercise, we get to do a lot more because we feel lighter compared to having no exercise. There are people that even get their own treadmill so they can exercise whenever they want to schedule it. They can walk for a mile every morning without the need of leaving the house. It a way to keep fit and healthy and of course keeping one’s figure.
